Biomechanics Assessment
Analyse movement, posture, and gait to identify pain causes (Plantar Fasciitis, Orthotics etc)
Service Description
A Biomechanics Assessment evaluates the way your feet, legs, and body move to identify any issues that may be causing pain or discomfort. This in-depth assessment examines joint mobility, muscle function, gait (walking pattern), and posture to determine underlying causes of foot, ankle, knee, hip, or lower back pain. Following the assessment, tailored treatment options may be recommended, including orthotics, footwear advice, strengthening exercises, or further medical referrals if necessary.
